Dawn, the leader of First Call, is no stranger to adversity. She survived sexual abuse from ages 6-13 and understands firsthand the mental struggles that come with trauma. Despite the challenges she faced, Dawn persevered and now uses her experiences to help others. She brings that same grit and determination to her work, leading our team to provide the best answering service possible.
